I think I've got the game to where I want it without reshades or enb's. Just a bit more colorful and such. I think the shaders got all messed up too, ended up just grabbing default ones from a NON-modded 107 control version I have on a different hdd. Start up "GTA IV Vehicle Mod Installer" and you'll be greeted by a Permission Configuration screen. You simply have to click the "Configuration" button and it'll find the GTA IV folder and be ready for use. Now click the "Main Panel" button. When I did so, I got a social club launcher error, so had to reinstall the game all over again.
